Flo Faction LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Florida insurance broker (2-15 / 2-20) and digital services agency operating at flofaction.com. We provide insurance brokerage, wealth planning, web development, AI automation, and creative services.

This policy applies to information collected through our website, our intake forms, the OpenClaw AI agent network, and any phone, email, or text communication with our team.

2. Information We Collect

You give us directly

• Contact info: name, email, phone, ZIP code, date of birth
• Insurance details: coverage needs, beneficiaries, health questionnaire answers, income, current policies
• Financial info: retirement goals, asset estimates, employment
• Communication preferences: contact method, best time, SMS consent
• Signature data: when you e-sign an application (timestamp + IP)

Collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer
• UTM parameters (ad campaign tracking)
• Cookie-based session data (we do not use third-party advertising trackers)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Quote, underwrite, and service insurance policies on your behalf
• Match you with the right carrier from our network of 250+ A-rated carriers
• Communicate with you via email, phone, and (with consent) SMS
• Comply with state insurance regulations, AML, and KYC laws
• Improve our website and OpenClaw AI agent performance

We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

4. Who We Share It With

• Insurance carriers you choose to apply with (only what's needed for that application)
• Service providers who help us operate: SendGrid/Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy agreements.
• Regulators when required by law (e.g., the Florida Department of Financial Services)
• OpenClaw AI agents — our internal AI agents process your data in our own systems; they do not send your data to external AI vendors without your explicit consent.

5. Retention & Storage

Insurance applications and policy documents are retained for at least 5 years after policy termination, as required by Florida insurance law. Marketing lead data is purged after 24 months if you do not become a client.

You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

6. Your Rights

California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, access, delete, and limit the use of their personal information. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by CCPA.

European Union (GDPR)

If you reside in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing.

How to exercise

Email flofaction.insurance@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the email used to interact with us. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+. Forms use 256-bit encryption. We rotate access tokens, run least-privilege access controls, and store insurance documents in encrypted vaults.

If we ever experience a data breach involving your information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by Florida and federal law.
