Payment is normally due at completion. Drop-off diagnostics may require a diagnostic deposit.
Projects $150+
Custom installs, studio builds and larger projects typically require a 50% labor deposit after the written scope is approved.
Hardware
Physical equipment, special-order parts, software licenses and third-party costs are funded before purchase.
90-day point
For unpaid or unclaimed devices, 90 days is an internal legal-escalation point - not an automatic transfer of ownership. Any lien, sale, storage or disposition follows applicable Florida law and attorney-reviewed procedures.

Do you come to my home?
Yes. We offer local in-home appointments around Bradenton and surrounding communities. A flat travel fee may apply outside the core zone.
Can I bring my device to you?
Yes. Drop-off is available by appointment near Cortez Road in Bradenton, FL 34205. The exact location is provided after the appointment is confirmed.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. Standard services have published starting prices. Larger or unusual work gets a clear estimate, and we ask for approval before doing additional billable work.
Can you help me decide what to buy?
Yes. Tell us the goal and budget. We can prepare a good/better/best shortlist and show equipment, taxes, shipping, procurement fees and labor separately.
Do you mark up hardware?
We do not hide margin inside equipment pricing. You can buy recommended items directly, or authorize us to procure them for you. Any sourcing or procurement fee is disclosed separately.
Do you work with seniors?
Yes. We focus on patient, one-on-one help and offer 15% off eligible labor for customers age 60+.
