Evening, weekend, same-day or urgent requests may carry an additional scheduling fee when disclosed before booking. Availability is never guaranteed.
Discount rules
Seniors age 60+ and veterans/active-duty service members receive the listed eligible labor rates, generally about 15% below standard labor. Hardware, taxes, travel, subscriptions and third-party fees are not discounted. Discounts do not stack unless stated in writing.
